What is your return/exchange policy?

To return or exchange an item purchased at Harry Potter Chicago:

  • Bring the item and original receipt within 30 days of purchase
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging, unless faulty

No receipt?
An exchange may be offered at the current selling price, at the discretion of the manager on duty.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges by mail for in-store purchases.
