Additional Terms and Conditions for 2025 Back To Hogwarts Showcase Live Discount Offer
These terms and conditions (in addition to our Terms of Purchase, website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and any other relevant terms or conditions, all of which are incorporated herein by reference) set out additional terms and conditions relating to the redemption of the 2025 Back to Hogwarts Showcase Live Exclusive Offer as seen on the @HarryPotter YouTube and TikTok channels on 1st September, 2025 (the “Discount Offer”) by using code BTHCHRISTMAS (“Discount Code”) at checkout. We reserve the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By confirming your order using the Discount Code, you are accepting these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before confirming your order.
Restrictions apply. To redeem the Discount Offer, you must enter the Discount Code when placing your order online during checkout. The Discount Offer applies only to those products that are classified as part of the “Hogwarts in the Snow” range online. No minimum purchase amount is required, but all products are subject to availability. The Discount Offer and Discount Code have no cash value and are valid for a limited time only – until September 3, 2025 at 10:30am BST at harrypottershop.co.uk; September 3, 2025 at 10:30am EST at harrypottershop.com; and September 3, 2025 at 10:30am JST at harrypottershop.jp. The Discount Offer is available online only and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers. The Discount Code can be used only once per order and cannot be applied to a prior purchase, gift cards, taxes or shipping.
We reserve the right to modify, impose conditions on, suspend or cancel the Discount Offer and/or Discount Code at any time without notice. If you return any of the items purchased with the Discount Code, the discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit. Void where prohibited by law. We have no obligation for payment of any tax in conjunction with the distribution or use of the Discount Offer.
